Lightweight but readable
100gsm is the lightest, and suits short-life messages. 130gsm gloss is the value choice, and 150gsm gloss gives a sturdier feel. The lighter the sheet, the easier and cheaper it is to distribute in bulk.
Writing for a hand-out
Lead with the offer or event, put date and place in large type, and add a way to reach you: a WhatsApp number or a short link. Avoid dense paragraphs. If you distribute outdoors, expect them to be folded or damp, and pick a paper weight that survives.
Print quantity
Order slightly more than the number of homes or people you plan to reach, so you have spares.
