An asset audit compares what your records say you own with what is physically there. Missing items, duplicated numbers, untagged equipment and items in the wrong location all show up during a walk-through.

Three scopes

Audit and register is for organisations starting from little or nothing. Register update refreshes an existing list with new purchases and disposals. Reconciliation compares your old register against the real situation and highlights differences item by item.

Photos

Adding photos gives you a visual record that helps with condition assessment, insurance claims and sign-off by management or donors.

What you get

A clean, structured register in Excel and a short summary of discrepancies. We do not replace your accounting decisions on write-offs or valuation; those stay with your finance team.
