A polo shirt is worn by receptionists, sales teams, drivers and schoolteachers. Embroidery is the most durable way to put a logo on it and gives a tailored look.
Embroidery versus print
Embroidery stitches the logo using thread, so it survives many washes and looks premium. It suits simple logos with limited colours; very fine detail may be simplified. DTF and heat transfer print full-colour and photographic logos, and are easier for complex designs.
Fabric
Standard polo is economical for large teams. Premium polo has a heavier fabric and better collar structure. Sports polo wicks sweat for outdoor teams.
Placement
Left chest is the classic. Adding a back logo or a sleeve logo turns a plain shirt into a branded uniform.
For embroidery we digitise your logo first, which is a one-off setup step, and then reuse the file for reorders.
